Our Working Process
1. MEASURING UP
We will need to be able to measure up before we can give you an accurate quote. Our fitters will take accurate measurements when visiting your home, which will enable us to put together a competitive and reliable quickly after visiting you. We can also suggest dates that we are available so you can weigh up our quotes properly.
2. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR STYLE
Knowing your client well can actually make the difference between a good bathroom and an excellent bathroom. Learning what you like and what works you have done before often helps us working with you and find those little extra details or features that make all the difference!
3. CREATING YOUR NEW BATHROOM
Once a plan and a start date has been agreed upon customer satisfaction is in the centre of everything we do. Disruption is kept to a minimum, and we will agree a schedule for the whole job so that you know exactly how long it will be until we are finished.
4. SIGNING OFF
When the renovations are completed and everything is to your satisfaction, we can carry out a final inspection, sign off on the job and present you with your brand new bathroom.
